| Swing Dance Swing was started by Nat Watson and Myrna Caceres in an attempt to help revive the 92nd Street Y swing dance events which needed a major boost in 2005 and succeded by bringing new life and excitement into swing dance events! With the start of 2006, Nat decided to move on to allow more time to spend with his family so Myrna became the main producer of Swing Dance Swing to keep the events going on for the swing dance folks in the NYC Metropolitan area and for those visiting us from out of town to enjoy! Nat Watson has build a name for himself since departing as a swing dance events producer as a swing dance instructor! Nat Watson and Myrna Caceres met in 2005 while taking swing dance lessons at Sandra Cameron Dance Center with legendary dancer Frankie Manning where they learned their swing dancing skills, became swing dance partners and performed together which led them into producing swing dance events and teaching the art of swing dancing. |
