| What to wear to class You will be kneeling on the floor as you would in a real life situation while practicing CPR and AED skills. Please wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable. Please bring something you can use for your knees while practicing the skills if you feel you need it for class purpose. (ex.: knee pad, towel) |

| Adult - CPR/AED (ARC or ASHI) 3hrs Learn how to recognize and care for victims of heart related and breathing emergencies in Adults (over 12 years old). Students will practice CPR on manikins and use AED trainers. Safety during emergencies. Certificates Valid for 2 Years. |
| Pediatric - CPR/AED (ARC or ASHI) 3.5hrs Learn how to recognize and care for victims of heart related and breathing emergencies for victims under 12 years (Children & Infants). | First Aid - Responding To Emergencies (ARC) 16 hrs 2 Day Course [16 hrs] Pre-Requicite: Valid CPR/AED Certificate for students who need more detailed First Aid training. Students who have taken the course range from those who work in summer camps as well as travelers as well as students who would like more advanced First Aid training. Among Topics include: Sudden Illnesses, Bleeding, Bruises, Head/Neck/Back Injuries, Burns, Injuries to the extremities (how to safely splint when needed), Poisoning, Allergic Reactions, Heat/Cold Emegencies, Water related emergencies, Pediatric/Older Adults and special situations.
